Sport Ready
For athletes from 4th grade through professional athletes, our small group training program provides individualized coaching in a 6:1 athlete to coach setting. This enables focused guidance for confident development no matter what level they are at. The sessions are designed to develop all athletic performance elements including speed, strength, power, stability, mobility, injury prevention and conditioning to help you perform at your best throughout all life stages.
Each session runs for one hour to provide you with an effective workout experience in a supportive group setting.
You can select from two membership options which include:

HIIT
Looking for a workout routine that fits your life—not the other way around? Our group training program is made to be as flexible as you need. Come once a week or up to five times—it’s your choice, your schedule.
Every session focuses on boosting your heart health, building lean muscle, and helping you move and feel your best. Classes run 40 to 60 minutes and welcome all fitness levels. You’ll enjoy a supportive, motivating atmosphere that makes every workout both fun and rewarding.
